Enterprise

For Teams & Organizations

Prove your AI investment is working. Turn your team’s work into your employer brand.

Terminal Biographer Enterprise captures how your team actually ships, quantifies AI tool ROI for executive reporting, and converts daily workflows into branded content — without surveillance, without behavior change, without manual reporting.

$20K–$500K
Annual AI tool spend at a typical mid-size tech company
0%
Of that spend is currently justified with hard data
68%
Typical AI involvement in shipped features (we measure it)
The Three Problems

Every AI-forward company has the same three gaps.

The AI Justification Gap

Six months after approving AI spend, nobody can quantify the return.

Leadership approved $200K in Claude/Copilot/Cursor licenses on a promise of productivity. The CFO is now asking for numbers. The CTO has vibes.

Today
“Trust me, the team is more productive.” — CTO
With TB Enterprise
“This quarter the team logged 12,400 AI-assisted sessions across 47 projects. AI was involved in 68% of shipped features, correlating with a 34% increase in commit velocity.”
The Visibility Problem

Managers have no idea what the team is actually doing between standups.

Remote engineering teams work in private terminals and AI chat windows. Status comes from self-reported memory, not data.

Today
“Yesterday I worked on the auth thing. Today I’ll keep working on it.”
With TB Enterprise
Sarah had 47 events across 3 projects, spent 40% of active time in Claude debugging a CORS issue, committed 4 times, opened 1 PR. The dashboard updates in real time.
The Content Pipeline Problem

Your engineers do interesting work. Nobody sees it.

Marketing begs engineers to write blog posts. One person writes something every quarter. Recruiting suffers. Employer brand stagnates.

Today
“We should post more on LinkedIn.” — said in every marketing meeting, forever
With TB Enterprise
Every engineer’s daily summary is a draft post. Marketing reviews a queue, approves the good ones, publishes with company branding. Zero behavior change from the engineering team.
Who it’s for

Three buyers. One product. Equal priority.

TB Enterprise doesn’t pick a champion for you. Whichever role feels the pain most acutely is the one who opens the ticket — and the product serves all three equally.

The ROI Buyer
VP of Engineering / CTO
“I need to put a slide in front of the board that quantifies what our AI investment is producing. I don’t have one.”
What they get
  • AI Spend Justification Report (auto-generated, exportable)
  • AI tool distribution by team, project, and time period
  • Cost-per-outcome estimates
  • Recommendations on seat utilization
  • Board-ready PDF/slides in one click
The Visibility Buyer
Director / Engineering Manager
“My team is remote. Standups are theater. I need actual signal on what people are shipping and where they’re stuck.”
What they get
  • Live admin dashboard — team activity in real time
  • Automatic rollup summaries (weekly, monthly)
  • Project-level views with AI tool correlation
  • Performance review data grounded in real activity
  • No more chasing standups
The Brand Buyer
VP of Marketing / Employer Brand
“We want to be seen as an AI-native company. I can’t get engineers to write. Recruiting is bleeding.”
What they get
  • Aggregate content feed of team summaries
  • Company-branded share cards (logo, colors, attribution)
  • Approval workflow — review before publish
  • RSS, Slack, and LinkedIn Company Page integration
  • Authentic engineering content, zero behavior change

Privacy by Architecture

Visibility for admins. Privacy for engineers. Technically enforced.

TB Enterprise adds organizational visibility without compromising individual privacy. Admins see summaries and aggregated stats. They never see raw events, terminal commands, or AI conversation content. The encryption architecture makes this a technical constraint, not a policy promise.

Data Layer Individual Team Lead Org Admin
Raw events (terminal commands, AI conversations) Full access No access No access
Daily summaries (AI-generated narratives) Full access Read (if shared) Read (if shared)
Activity stats (events, hours, sources) Full access Read Read
AI usage metrics (tool, duration, project) Full access Read Read
Project association (repos, project IDs) Full access Read Read

Admins cannot decrypt individual event files because they don’t have the user’s encryption key. Summaries and stats are generated on the user’s device and shared as separate, non-encrypted data with the organization. Individual team members can opt out of sharing stats at any time; their data remains local and encrypted.

How it works

From keystroke to board slide in four steps.

Step 01
Individual captures
Each developer runs TB locally. Terminal commands, git commits, editor activity, and AI sessions are captured to an encrypted local store.
Step 02
Summary generated
At end of day, TB generates a structured narrative summary on the developer’s device. Secret redaction is applied automatically.
Step 03
Stats roll up to org
Aggregated metadata (tool counts, event counts, project IDs) is sent to the org dashboard. Raw events never leave the device.
Step 04
Admin sees the dashboard
Team leads view activity in real time. Executives export the AI Spend Report. Marketing approves content for publication.
